Refund Policy

• No refunds available for incorrect sizing ordered.... please ensure you check our sizing chart before ordering or call Medscrubs direct for more details. Cherokee scrubs are generous in their fit, so please allow for this if you require a firm fitting.

• No refunds can be made for incorrect ordering of pattern or style.... please check the basket before confirming your order that the correct pattern/colour has been registered. We do call/email you to confirm you order but try to ensure that your details are correct in the first instance to save disapointment.

• We take all care to ensure your garment arrives in perfect order, but if found defective upon arrival your item will be exchanged for another item of the same style and colour ...please call us first to discusss the problem and obtain our refund form. All garments must be returned as received ALL LABELS AND TAGS ATTACHED, in original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
