• Items out of stock or on back order: Delivery 6-8 weeks
• Items on backorder up to 12 weeks (manufacturers delay)

All items are sent via Australia Post (registered option available upon request)

Refund Policy

• No refunds available for incorrect sizing ordered.... please ensure you check our sizing chart before ordering or call Medscrubs direct for more details. Cherokee scrubs are generous in their fit, so please allow for this if you require a firm fitting.

• No refunds can be made for incorrect ordering of pattern or style.... please check the basket before confirming your order that the correct pattern/colour has been registered.

• No refunds will be given for change of mind / delivery delays unless contact is with Medscrubs Australia is made prior to placing the order.

• We take all care to ensure your garment arrives in perfect order, but if found defective upon arrival your item will be exchanged for another item of the same style and colour ...please call us first to discusss the problem and obtain our refund form. All garments must be returned as received ALL LABELS AND TAGS ATTACHED, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNWORN AND UNWASHED..
